I was directed by Community Law Otago to RSM Law for help regarding an employment matter. Serena and Codi attended to my issue. Unfortunately, the communication regarding engaging RSM Law (and Serena and Codi) caused a bit of grief. While I am grateful for the help provided, the communication from Serena was confusing and disappointing. I would encourage new clients to look towards other law firms that have transparent and clear communication from their staff.
