No care for a 95 year old lady with no dementia. Put into isolation without any tests being done and no communication with family. When asked no explanation could be given, and after several attempts still no communication possible with anyone with authority.Very unsatisfactory , will be reporting to the department of aged care as well.
Extremely disappointed, frustrated and at a loss - we put my mother’s name down 12 months ago. We filled in all the paperwork, emailed the manager at the time to check and make sure everything was ready. We were advised that we were 12th in line for care. Today we contacted Mona Tait garden and found out her name had not even been put into the system. Apparently when new management came in I was told there was no handover. So all our paperwork and a pile of others has not even been entered on the system.
