Very caring staff and a deep respect for returned service men and women and their families
Staff are always friendly and as helpful as can be under the circumstances *** compared to the recent negative nursing home investigations portrayed on mass media.
This would be the loveliest nursing home I've visited. Magnificent old home,kept in beautiful condition, nice size rooms for clients,ensuites, beautifully set dining tables,and staff I've met have gone out of their way to help.
RSL are doing a wonderful job with provision of accommodation, food and care for veterans and their families.
If my mum (4 year resident at Myrtle Bank) was completing this review, she would give the daily care teams 5 stars and I would support that completely. My dissatisfaction comes from my dealings with the facilities leadership/ management. I recognise the challenges in the aged care sector (I follow the sector closely), but leaders here just don’t get it!
