Housekeeping staff services are inadequate. They cannot possibly clean a 500 sq. foot apartment in 20 mins. Too often found spots missed, and left dirt and debris on the floor during mopping. Many times they were short staffed and skipped out on the services rather than discounting us. Left seniors completely alone in isolation when they got Covid. Ask the residents how they like it: it'll answer why I put one star only. On top of it, having ads inviting to Bingo "Sunshine Club" with a huge jewish David's star: makes you wonder: does Cogir inspire to segregate their residents? Are Christians and others uninvited? Why would anyone in 2024 in Montreal make activities to separate people: as if you need to be Jewish to participate in any.. Bingo or other activity!!! Disgraceful.
Worse place to live for elderly people. Service is mediocre, food and all the business management just don't care about human's wellness.
