Ma mère est beaucoup mieux dans un CHSLD, ce n'est pas peu dire. Un personnel dévoué et attentionné...mais clairement surchargé. Peu de staff. Peu d'activité. On voit clairement que l'argent ne va pas aux bons endroits.
