Quel bel accueil! Mon père déménage sous peu dans ce bel établissement et nous sommes déjà accueillis avec sourire et chaleur lors de nos visites. C’est un milieu de vie remplie de simplicité et de charme. J’aime le fait que ce soit intime, ceci nous procure de la sécurité. Nous apprécions la gentillesse et le sourire du personnel que nous avons rencontrés. La directrice Mme Valérie nous a offert un écoute, un soutient et un accueil plus que chaleureux dès la 1ere rencontre. Si vous chercher une perle de RPA , contactez-les!
Staff is wonderful, management is horrible! No communication as to incidents. While I was in process of moving my parent out, they went into my parent's room and took things out without notice nor authorisation. If you need to move out do it quickly as to avoid managment taking things!

Staff is nice and i personally find the residence clean. But 1 of the 2 elevators has been broken for months. I visit my father in law every week and the food is also subpar and not enough. For the price that he pays he should not go hungry. We bring him extra food every week to make sure he stays healthy. As soon as we have a decent place i am moving him out.
