We had an appt on Sunday jan 04 morning at 10:30am. We came from montreal and Josée-Lisa Lefrançois was not at work to accommodate us.. the receptionist said it was an error with website. Bullshit some one should have been available to accommodate the family.. very bad service not professional
Enjoyed our visit guided by Marie-Claude of the Jazz residences. It is a beautiful property.
On a souvent besoin de RV avec un professionnel ou besoin d'informations sur pleins de sujets et la personne qui s'occupe de nous donner les informations c'est Annie Villeneuve. Elle est très gentille et très polie avec tout le monde et si jamais elle n'a pas la réponse, elle va s'informer et nous revenir avec soit là réponse ou le nom de la personne ressource. Un gros merci à toi Annie !
