The staff are minimal, underpaid but wonderful. The owner is a lying con man. Will lie to get you to sign a lease. We were told residents have access to a doctor from a next-door clinic, which was a lie. We were told that the phone service was included in the rent, which was false. It was an added charge. The owner will nickel and dime you for everything. The owner says that things can be added to the lease but not removed, so he doesn't hesitate to sneak in extra costs to the monthly rent. On saura vous mettre en confiance au départ mais faites attention. Mon père à été là un an et demi et il y a eu 3 changement complet du staff des préposés. La facture monte vite, chaque petite action a un gros coût, Ils chargent plus de 35$/mois (jusqu'à 50$!!!) pour la télévision NON cablée. Il a fini par apparaître des frais récurrents de 100$/mois pour des "traitements des cheveux" qui n'ont jamais été donnés.
