Un endroit à éviter pour vos proches La nourriture est bonne, mais l’ambiance générale et le personnel laissent à désirer. Deux de mes proches y sont allés, et l’un d’eux s’est fait voler des chèques, qui ont ensuite été déposés dans des comptes bancaires de préposés. Mother-in-law was placed in this horrible understaffed institution. Unattended and false promises by the administration. Food is awful and the cafeteria is nothing special. Not once have I not detected the smell of urine. Just take a look at the old grimy furniture on the first floor. There are better places, do not send your loves ones; they deserve much better.

My ex husband was there for 3 months and finally he is leaving for another place.the food is no good, no cafeteria or coffee for visitors. The nurses are not organized and not professional at all. No transportation. The laundry people lose part of new clothing. They kept a walker for days before they found it, in all, the worst place. They are all grumpy from the reception to the head nurse.

Mon grand-papa a habité cet endroit jusqu'il y a pas longtemps. Malheureusement, il est décédé aujourd'hui, mais je peux dire en toute sincérité qu'il a été très bien traité par le personnel de la résidence. Le personnel était courtois et on sentait qu'ils prennaient soin des résidents. Merci encore!
