Visited that place once for work. Really terrible. Some residents smelled like urine and clearly required a higher level of care than was provided. The common room was dark and in bad condition. A pab openly talked about the lousy working conditions (not blaming the pab, just saying that it confirms how bad the place is). Would never put my loved ones in this place.
My grandma was there and she passed away from neglect. Strep throat during covid and not treated.
