Our tower company was looking for someone who can improve our RF Safety program. We found it. RSI Corporation is top notch. They were there at every step to help us implement our RF safety program. I sat through a two course that was decent at best. Then you answer these poll questions (Which I did) but god forbid if you have to get up and use the restroom and miss one. Because your 2 hours and a 100 percent grade means nothing and they report to your supervisors that you weren't participating. This is a flawed company policy. My superiors of course chose this company because the training isn't bad im sure, that is not my place to choose.
