We had an amazing experience with RSG Formals! They helped us find the perfect homecoming court dress for my daughter—one that was incredibly hard to track down. It was the last one available in her size nationwide, and they somehow managed to get it to us in just three days. Exceptional service and truly went above and beyond!
I messaged 26 formal shops in TN, GA, KY, NC and VA. The owner of RSG Formals answered my message on a day they were closed and found the exact dress my daughter was looking for (no other store had it). We went the next day. She and her staff was very attentive to my daughter. This store has a better selection than any other formal store we have been to. We will be back in a few months for my daughter’s next dress.
Susan and her team provided the BEST in customer service when it came to finding my daughter's pageant dress. We will be coming back time and time again from Savannah, GA!
