Expérience très positive à tous points de vue. Que ce soit pour l’audiogramme, les rencontres avec l’audioprothésiste Alexandre M. Simard ou l’accueil, tout le monde s’est monté très gentil et très professionnel. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir essayer les appareils pendant un mois, moyennant un dépôt de 1 000$, et d’avoir 2 rencontres de suivi avec l’audioprothésiste pour l’ajustement avant d’avoir à débourser la totalité de la facture. Un énorme merci à toute l’équipe. Je les recommande fortement.

This entire office is just wonderful ! Everyone is friendly, helpful, but above all, extremely competent in understanding your needs and fitting you to a hearing device. I have no words for what Alexandre has done for me in restoring my hearing and thusly my social life. He is a very kind, knowledgeable person and knows these different hearing devices from many different companies. He is a master at fitting you to the one you need. Thank you Alexandre for giving me my life back!
