We scheduled two separate appointments with this notary, and both were confirmed in advance. Unfortunately, on both occasions the notary did not join the scheduled Microsoft Teams meetings. We did not receive any notice or follow-up explaining the absences. While these things can happen, the lack of communication made the experience disappointing.
