Valter was 30 mins late for our meeting, after the sale of our house, we were notified that he had not paid the buyer's agent, we were mailed the buyers' documents which were sent to the wrong address with my name misspelled. Even after correcting them, they misspelled mine and my wife's' name and our address several times. You would think that a notary could get something as simple as correctly spelling a clients name, and sending them the correct documents, nope! Avoid this notary!
Had 2 scheduled online appointments to speak with the Notary Voltare and both times he did not conduct the online meeting. I spoke with the secretaries and they kept saying 5-10min more. DO NOT go with this notary service!
I recommended this service to my sister to do her will. Believe the one star reviews. I dropped off a copy of her form and id’s before her appointment so all could go well. Most unorganized office ever. They could not find the copies, made an appointment for 10:30 and then mistakenly thought it was for 12:30, did not read the email sent requesting changes and seem to be having a hard time keeping up with the business they have. I regret recommending them and recommend that you find another notary. Run don’t walk.
After reading some amazing reviews, I was confident in choosing their notary services. Safe to say, I was extremely disappointed. I had an online appointment with Valter to notarize a document. Everything seemed to go well and Valter mentioned I would receive an electronic copy same day within 4-5 hours. I never received anything from anyone same day as my appointment. Customer service this good is rare to come by. I needed an emergency document notarized on a Saturday. About 6 hours later I had my document which Valter came to our location to deliver and have it signed. Extremely great service from Giulia the secretary as well as Valter. Thank you so much!
