WHERE ARE MY OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS!? If you're looking to make your life more complicated, that's the service you need. We used their services when we bought our house. Few days later we made 2 testaments and 2 mandates in case of incapacity. Here we are today (7 weeks later) begging / running after our legal documents and they still haven't manage to give us none of these 5. Extremely unprofessional service. I scheduled notary appointments more than once, received Teams invites, and each time no one showed up. This shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time and commitments. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND this office if you’re looking for reliability

AWFUL – TERRIBLE – WORST SERVICE Valter Pinchiaroli needed the Chambre des Notaires to finish the mortgage transfer from BMO to Manulife properly. He cost me $2,200 $ CAD in bank charges and late penalties, on top of his notary fees. 1st not preparing the contract before date of mortgage maturity & incurring late fees from BMO. 2nd addressing funds from Manulife to the wrong BMO branch necessitating me to pay 3 mortgage payments past the date of the maturity. Tried on two separate occasions to have our initial meeting. Both times, nobody showed up. Don't bother. Find a real professional.
