AWFUL --- TERRIBLE --- UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I paid them to work on my mortgage discharge. After 16 months of waiting and no results, they told me that they made a mistake and they just recently filed it to the Land Registry, that so unprofessional. Very BAD service. I do NOT recommend this company. Negative stars!
I had a great experience. I came to notarize my university transcript and diploma, and the process what extremely smooth. Valter was the one who notarized my documents. He was efficient and friendly, as were the front desk staff. I was in and out in 30 minutes. There was also no need for an appointment, and this was one of the few notaries that actually answer my call when I tried getting in contact. Extremely unprofessional service. I scheduled notary appointments more than once, received Teams invites, and each time no one showed up. This shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time and commitments. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND this office if you’re looking for reliability
