I had a great experience. I came to notarize my university transcript and diploma, and the process what extremely smooth. Valter was the one who notarized my documents. He was efficient and friendly, as were the front desk staff. I was in and out in 30 minutes. There was also no need for an appointment, and this was one of the few notaries that actually answer my call when I tried getting in contact. WHERE ARE MY OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS!? If you're looking to make your life more complicated, that's the service you need. We used their services when we bought our house. Few days later we made 2 testaments and 2 mandates in case of incapacity. Here we are today (7 weeks later) begging / running after our legal documents and they still haven't manage to give us none of these 5. Extremely unprofessional service. I scheduled notary appointments more than once, received Teams invites, and each time no one showed up. This shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time and commitments. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would NOT RECOMMEND this office if you’re looking for reliability
The staff at Réseau Notaires are very approachable. They answered all my doubts regarding property transfer and guided me with patience. Truly appreciate their service.
