Professional work and excellent customer service.
RSCS replaced the battery & serviced my roller shutters in 2016, service was good, however the battery only lasted 18 months instead of the usual 4+years. This time the office service was very poor, 3 months & 9 phone calls later I still had no responses, many failed promises! In frustration I called another company who came out in 3 days & replaced the faulty battery that RSCS put in 2016. However after my complaint Tyson (RSCS owner) come out the next day & fitted a controller to fix the problem causing the battery to fail... read more
