Would give zero if I could. The driver arrived, told me all was good and insisted that I could leave and he would tow my vehicle to its destination. I proceeded to walk home, at night, with my young daughter. Halfway through he calls me back to tell me that he cannot complete the service because he cannot get the car out of the emergency brake - after he told me I could leave, mind you.
