I've suffered with spondylitis in my neck for years and was unable to properly exercise it due to a buildup of tension in the area. Rowan did great work in freeing up the neck and shoulders in my first two sessions. I'm going back to have work on my lower back. Lovely bloke and very professional.
Had a fantastic sports massage session with Rowan! He was professional, knowledgeable, and really focused on the areas that needed attention. Being my first session with him, he did some assessment to find out areas of tension. I felt a noticeable difference afterward. Oh, and I enjoyed the conversation during the session. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an effective and relaxing experience!

As soon as he started i knew he was very professional and he knew exactly where my pain was was highly recommended also gave me an appointment on the same day I was in alot of pain
