Jatinder Pannu worst service provider and Worst furniture company. There products are not classy and just for basic use. I Almost paid 4k for furniture’s and got ditched at the end of the day. We bought 2 office chairs and those were defective and paid 200$ each. Asked to return at least 1 as courtesy but he said they don’t accept product return. Went here and bought myself such a beautiful sofa and dining table! Loved the quality it is so good and affordable. The workers are also really nice and helpful! I had a very disappointing experience with RS Furniture. I have been waiting over a month for my couches, and the delays have been extremely frustrating. Communication has been poor, as my calls often go unanswered, and I am still waiting for a refund that I was expecting. I feel that I was not given accurate information throughout the process and was left without clear updates. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the customer service and would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Highly recommend RS Furniture! Ruth and Pannu were extremely helpful and patient while helping me pick out the perfect bed and mattress for my daughter. They took the time to make sure we found exactly what we needed and were able to stay within my budget. On top of that, they included free delivery and assembly, which made the whole experience even better. Excellent customer service from start to finish!
