0 stars if I could. The therapist was terrible, and rude. Kept writing in her notes that our daughter wasn’t warming up to her. Then one day (8 months later) was so happy when she finally did. If my daughter takes months to warm up to you then She doesn’t like you. Still wasn’t talking after more than a year. Finally my ex listened to me and fired them; went with a different company. We contacted them for help with my son and we didn’t get anything in return! Horrible services, don’t work with your schedule. We had one therapist mistreat us and makes us feel like we didn’t want to help my son and she was “doing” everything she could when she didn’t even spend 30 mins with us. We were then switched to another therapist we were told could work evening and even Saturdays which worked with our schedules but that turned out to be a lie and she quit working with us because we couldn’t get our schedules to work... read more
