I have no idea how the classes here are but I had to pick something up here today for someone else. The lady at the front desk was one of the rudest individuals I have dealt with in a long time. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left she acted annoyed and was terribly rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but regardless that is not a face anyone wants to be greeted to walking in to a business. side note: All I was there for is to pick up a transcript for someone.
