I do not understand why satellite campuses offer next to nothing in Manitoba. Residents shouldn't have to live in Winnipeg to go to school. This does not occur in most other provinces. Southeast Manitoba should have at least one good university or a college with a much greater number of programs. There's barely anything out here... not even a single program in the tech field.
