As a massage therapist, I’m very picky about where I go for a massage. After finding R&R Massage, I haven’t been anywhere else. The therapists all have different strengths from relaxing treatments to excellent deep tissue work. Every massage is tailored to what my body needs and I always leave feeling better. Professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Highly recommended R&R Massage to anyone in Adelaide!
Very disappointing experience. I made a booking in advance for 3:15 pm specifically to avoid the risk of not getting an available appointment. I arrived at 3:16 pm, only one minute after my scheduled time, and was shocked to be told that my appointment had been cancelled because a walk-in customer had arrived shortly before me. I find it unacceptable that a confirmed booking could be disregarded in favour of a walk-in client. I’ve been here about four times. My first two massages were really good, which is why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, my last massage was awful, and after giving them another chance today, I’m even more disappointed. This was the worst massage experience I’ve had. The therapist asked which areas I wanted worked on, but didn’t seem to focus on them at all. The massage felt rushed, with repetitive pressing rather than proper massage and relaxation. R&R relaxation is one of the best massage therapies I’ve been too, I had the worst pain in my neck which is now healed after a 30 minute session with Brendan giving me a amazing massage will definitely be back Thank you R&R
I went there for a pregnancy massage and felt so relaxed afterwards. It really helped relieve my back pain. Very satisfied and highly recommended!
