Great staff who are very knowledgeable and always friendly. The prices are competitive with online stores. The fact that you can see and test the products ( pool cues) in the store makes this a worthwhile trip!!!
RR Games put new gray speed cloth on my Valley pool table this morning and I'm very happy with how it turned out, and I love the light gray color, this is the exact same color that US Open tournament games are played on. These guys were pleasant to communicate with, showed up on time, and did a professional job on my table, all of this at a reasonable price.
