Fantastic experience with R&R Furniture Restorations. Luke Payne was so lovely and delivered a beautifully restored 3 seater leather couch.
Purchased a $1200 couch that had been only superficially “repaired”. The leather is in good condition, but the couch is structurally unsafe. The wooden beam was cracked and reinforced with a small piece of metal when sold. This damage has now worsened with use. Did not receive any support despite raising this issue on numerous occasions with Luke Payne. Very disappointed with the disingenuousness.
I bought a refurbished leather couch + ottoman from Luke and they are fantastic and perfect for my needs. Highly recommended.
Luke has cleaned our white leather couches two years in a row now. They are absolutely spotless and look brand new, despite the fact that they are nearly 15 years old and frequently made grubby by toddlers. The transformation is really amazing. Luke is also friendly, reliable and easy to communicate with. If you’re thinking about replacing your leather couch like I was, honestly save yourself thousands of dollars and just get the old ones cleaned by Luke!
Beautiful work and great communication. I'm very happy with my new couch and am so pleased I could get it picked up and delivered to regional SA thanks to Luke's flexibility.
