The lack of responsiveness goes beyond unsettling. After reaching out time after time , I have received nothing . I have not seen changes in my credit score since almost 2 years of the services being started. I am highly upset , as money continues to deduct from my account .
Absolutely criminal. No one at this company communicates. They continue to take your money without giving you service in return. We've have been trying to get a hold of ANYONE at the company for months and have gotten no response. They continue to charge us, multiple times after I've left several emails & voicemails to cancel our service. They are absolutely NOT worth an ounce of your time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.
Terrible. Stopped services over 8 months ago and they're still trying to take money from my account. I've noticed a few others have had the same issue. If anyone would like to join me for a class act law suit against them please contact me.
