My rims fell out of the package during delivery I gave rpp a call and they had another set sent out the same day! These guys rock! I know where I’m going for all my rc needs! RPP all day!
Highly recommend RPPHobby for all rc needs. They have great support team and actual people answer the phone to help you not an automated system which was super helpful.
Ordered placed on a Sunday and received on the following Tuesday...in the middle of a economical shutdown and across an international border. shout out to FedEx as well.
I ordered from them on ebay and 2 weeks later (I'm in the same state as RPP) I haven't received my item. the tracking info shows my item was never accepted. Customer service is a joke! when I called the store the guy said I'm breaking ebay policy LOL its a public store with a publicly listed number and nowhere does it say in ebays policy that I cant call a public phone number! After they take your money they could care less if you haven't received your item!
