Amazing service and beautiful Limo. Driver was early and very professional. Perfect for a wedding or any occasion!
We are so grateful that we went with RPD Limousine for our wedding. The drivers were a blast and helped make the time in between locations just as special and fun. The coordination and customer service was truly wonderful leading up to the day - very accommodating and kind. Seems minor but the real time status tracker and texts on the day of was so helpful to ensure everything was flowing on time - efficient and easy to use. Cannot recommend them enough!
Everything from start to finish was wonderful! Jacob was amazing with the planning process, assisted us with promotions & offered us an upgrade which we gladly accepted! He was detailed, flexible and patient! Our driver Doreen was the absolute best! She arrived ahead of schedule, she took pictures of us and assisted in every way possible! At the end of the night she even helped all of us get out of the limo in the pouring rain ensuring no one slipped or fell! The driver was late The limo almost hit my dog The limo did hit me Then the driver tried to get us to pay overtime because we were passed the original end time but still less than 3 hours we were contracted for. After all that, he harassed my father for a tip. This limo company almost ruined my wedding day and then they have the audacity to ask for a $90/hr tip. This was a ridiculous experience
