Unprofessional, inconsiderate scam artists is how I would describe RP Studios. Not only did Dave Hodges reciprocate my emotional inquiry on trying to retrieve both of my daughter’s spring pictures with “I’m so sorry I have to add to your misery. Those images are no longer available.” In the next message he clearly stated they were able to be retrieved but the process was too much “time and money” for them to try and reopen the sale.
