Closed on my first home. I felt the fee was very reasonable and not even half as much as what other people are recounting. Raong was very transparent, explained every detail and went above and beyond to help close the deal. No surprises. Highly recommend!
This is the worst law company in Windsor. They will charge your double money for buying a house. they charged me $2000 for buying a house. Average price closing a house is $1000 in Windsor. they charge all expense and insurance as doubled price compares with other law firms. They will offer you a very good base price($600) at beginning but on the closing date they will give you a freaking high price which include all other fees . if you want save money and stay away from this place. They will rip you off badly .
I used couple lawyers in Windsor before for purchasing my house. They are all in a fair price range from $800 to $1200 . My agent suggest to use her as my new house closing lawyer. After the completion of the purchase , the lawyer bill shocked me , they charge me almost $2500 for closing a house which is freaking unbelievable expensive. I regret to pick this lawyer. I am just give an honest experience with this law firm. Do not go with them if you wan to save money when buying house.
