I recently visited this office to pick up my tax documents, and during the review, staff member Jennifer said “ouch” upon opening my file. Comments like that are unprofessional and uncomfortable in a setting where clients expect discretion and respect. I would encourage more mindful communication when discussing sensitive financial information
Even tho Ron has moved on from his business I still get the same great expiriance when getting my taxes done . thank you I will surely send others to this place
