I’ve been a loyal client of R P and Associates for years, even referring friends and family, but this year’s experience with Ruben was deeply disappointing. Due to clerical errors he made, missing my apartment number and entering the wrong routing number, my entire refund was delayed and bounced back, despite me providing all info clearly on their intake form. Richard and his associates have always done a fine job for me. I have been going to Richard for 11 years now and don't regret it. But I did my taxes for 2024 and now they don't want to help me. I received a letter from the IRS stating that I earned more than was reported. I called Ruben half a dozen times to correct this problem but he never seems to have the time to help me. So I'm going to have to handle this situation on my own. So much in wanting my business in the near future.
