She sat on my case for a year ! Sent 3 demand letters to opposing insurance company with no prevail did not call me to keep me updated on my case n got upset when I continually called her , she did not return my calls or text messages to her , then did not want to file the suit when I told her to just file because obviously they will not respond to her n gave her a week to file.
