I’ve been doing a lot of long-distance running and building up some big mileage, which left me with a few niggles and sore lower back. I went to Rozelle Thai Massage and saw Lucy for a remedial massage which is exactly what I needed. She really worked into the tight spots and I walked out feeling lighter and looser. If you’re training hard and need to loosen tight muscles, I can’t recommend Lucy enough!
