I called at approximately 3:57 PM to confirm the kitchen’s closing time and was informed that the kitchen was still open and that I should come down. Upon arrival, while waiting in line to place my order, I was completely ignored by the staff. I had to speak up and ask if I could place an order. One of the staff members then informed me that the kitchen had closed, despite my earlier confirmation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend visiting Roy’s store.
NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Had my family and I waste our gas AFTER we call to confirm they were open. Arrived to get food and they proceeded to ignore us as we wait by the order here area. THEN were asked to wait an hour until they “opened” again. NEVER AGAIN, DO NOT RECOMMEND
