I can't say enough about this company. Our daughter had a mover scheduled and they cancelled at the time they were suppose to show up! She had to be out of the apartment by midnight! I called Roy's Moving and spoke with Lydia and explained the emergency situation. She spoke quickly with her manager and they were able to move her that afternoon. I initially had fabulous experience. Lydia was responsive, the price was affordable and they had availability. Unfortunately when I went to go get my things ready I realized I definitely didn't have enough things I absolutely needed to bring to warrant paying movers and cancelled my scheduled pick up. I cancelled at least a week out from the date, which cleared the 72 hr requirement for a refund of the 20% deposit.
