The new location was very clean with well organized displays. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the chocolate flavors and allergen information. The chocolate was fantastic and I would definitely recommend trying a sample as it nothing like the chocolate you typically find in the US. The chocolate is much creamier and has deep flavor.

I stopped by Royce with my baby, who was asleep in the stroller, but the store isn’t stroller-accessible. I called from outside, and the staff went above and beyond — they showed me the chocolate options through the window and even came outside to take my card. Truly outstanding service! Their chocolates are absolutely amazing — we love them! Thank you 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️
