This is one of my favorite Japanese confectioneries. (TY to the show “Strong Woman bong soon” for making me aware of it) It’s a small boutique inside the hotel with only one window showcasing the location. The entrance is to the left once you enter the hotel. Their fruit bars are probably my favorite. The Nama chocolates are also very good & come in a variety of flavors including some seasonal ones & some with a touch of alcohol. Disappointing experience. The staff member was extremely rude when I asked to taste the Nama Ecuador Sweet. He abruptly closed the lid and didn't seem interested in assisting me. Not a welcoming or customer-focused service. Still we bought the chocolates we really wanted to buy. Awful service- could be race related cos we are brown.
