The service quality of Royalty Ride is excellent. We needed to book a car same-day and it was confirmed within a few hours of our request. Our driver, Albert, was very responsive once we landed in JFK to coordinate where to pick us up. He was early to the airport, which was ideal as our flight came in ahead of schedule and he got us home very efficiently. I would highly recommend Royalty Ride and will be using them again in the future!
