I had a very disappointing experience with Royalty Rentals. Communication was poor, and issues were not addressed in a timely or professional manner. What was promised did not match what was delivered, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I gave multiple opportunities for this to be resolved, but nothing improved. I would not recommend this company and suggest others proceed with caution.
