I originally posted with a description of a bad order experience and gave them a 1 star rating (long story short, I ordered gifts to be sent to different states and it took over a month for them to receive. I also couldn't get updates timely or answers and was beginning to doubt we would ever receive the products. I was really baffled and disappointed.) I really didn't want to post a review, but I am not sure what to say or do. It has been 4 weeks since I have ordered and the orders still have not shipped and I cannot seem to get an update. I had to separate orders, each going to two different states as birthday gifts for their recipients. I saw another review and they seemed to have the same problem I am experiencing. I ordered pecans as a birthday present on July 10 and received an acknowledgement on July 11. My credit card was charged on July 10. The order indicated I would receive a shipment notification when the order was shipped. On July 18 I sent a message saying I had not received the shipment notification. I checked the order status and it said “awaiting fulfillment”.
