I ordered pecans as a birthday present on July 10 and received an acknowledgement on July 11. My credit card was charged on July 10. The order indicated I would receive a shipment notification when the order was shipped. On July 18 I sent a message saying I had not received the shipment notification. I checked the order status and it said “awaiting fulfillment”.
