I went into this shop with zero expectations. I tried on wedding dresses at several boutique wedding dress shops. My mom called and asked to see if she could come in. It was appt only. My mom called me and told me I might find my dress here. So Samantha went out of her way to meet us at the shop yet again. And I found my dream dress at a price we felt comfortable with. Hands down the worst, most disrespectful business owner I’ve ever dealt with. I gave her my gown to sell — no updates, no payment, and when I followed up, she had the audacity to threaten to donate my item like it was hers. Completely unprofessional, condescending, and nasty in every response. This place is a joke and the owner is even worse.

The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and excited to help you find the perfect dress. I’ve had many friends use them as well, and everyone has had the same experience. Their customer service is top-notch, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers and community.
