The owner is such a pleasant and kind man. On serval occasions he had shopped on my behalf and I sent uber courier to go collect for me!!!!
The owner of this store was very rude and lacked basic courtesy during my visit. The customer service experience was disappointing and unprofessional. In addition, their POS system seems outdated or unreliable, as there are frequent issues whenever it’s time to make a payment. It creates unnecessary frustration during checkout. I would also recommend checking expiration dates carefully before purchasing products here. Overall, the customer service experience needs significant improvement.
