Unprofessional. Have been waiting weeks for an appointment that was made 2 weeks ago. All they say is “he will call you and you are on the list to be called today for your taxes”.
Had an appointment on 3/21/25 to get my taxes done after being referred by a friend, received a call an hour before my appointment to state the tax preparer was running behind. It is 3/28/25 and I have yet to receive a call from the tax preparer. Have been calling everyday to ask what is going on and I am told that “he is unreachable, at the moment but they would let him know I called and that I am on the list to be called”. Very unprofessional
Hi , You Guys Please Don't File Your Taxes With This Guy Beloved I Repeat Don't File With This Guy He Is The Worst Person You Can Ever File With, He's Unprofessional His Staff Is Unprofessional And He So Unorganized That He Made A Few Errors On My Taxes. Which Cause Me To Receive My First Payment Late Rushing On My Taxes, Also Im Still Waiting On Second Payment Which Is Crazy Cause I Been Filed In March And Now. It is 4/18/24 and I have yet to receive a call from the tax preparer. Have been calling everyday to ask what is going on and I am told that “he is unreachable, at the moment but they would let him know I called and that I am on the list to be called”. Very unprofessional, I missed the deadline relying on this place.
