I was having so many issues with H2H (Hospital to home) till I came across Royal and my life and heath has changed dramatically. I was being transported by H2H for some time and they would always be late and their drivers had no idea how to secure me in properly on a stairchair. Royal has been on time and courteous and professional for the past month that I have been using their service. This company has the greatest and kindest people I have ever dealt with. I have tried all the companies in the area and none of them come close to how fabulous Royal has treated us.
Absolutely the best service I have EVER used. Amar was just a very humble man. He assured my safety, provided my needed oxygen, and was just so pleasant to talk to during my round trip travel. He cared about me as a person and was very helpful getting me directly to my doctor. Every step of the way Royal made it easy for me, as well as the dispatcher Jake who arranged for the smooth transition.
