P.O.S. Tailgater. I would never get another Royall based on the Tailgater. Does not regulate temp. Does not heat properly. Flamed up and dumped tons of pellets and burnt the paint off side. Cant give - on reviews.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! My husband works in hvac and ordered a wood boiler from these guys in July of this year, knowing how busy the late fall and winter months are, we ordered early to ensure we had it in time for winter. The website indicated it could be an 8-10 week lead time. We were totally fine with that. Come October we still hadn’t received the boiler and no communication on it.
