The Royal WoodMill Nursing staff is phenomenal! All of the members from nursing, social services, nutrition and recreation are knowledgeable, caring and professional. The care provided to my family member is by far THE BEST! We are eternally grateful and thankful!

I was admitted to Royal woodmill after a bad car accident.They handled everything for me.So I didn't have any other worries but to focus on getting better which the rehab team made sure happened.Everyone that works there always had smiles and made me feel welcome.Excited to be going home today!
Both of my grandparents were residents at Woodmill, and the care they received was truly exceptional. From the moment they arrived, we felt they were in compassionate and capable hands. Every member of the team—nurses, CNAs, dietary staff, and the activities department—played a vital role in making their final years comfortable, dignified, and filled with moments of joy. WORST nursing home I have ever stepped foot into. My Father unfortunately ended up at this nightmare and never felt safe being there. This facility has never heard the word "clean." There was excrement in bathrooms, on doors, on floors, on beds, and on the curtain dividers in the rooms. The food there is a joke. It's so bad in fact, many residents have to order out, or family brings food in; and if food is brought in, make sure the staff doesn't take it to eat for themselves.
