The ride was great, but I wished they had side entry van because sitting in the back is lonely and more bumpy.
Absolutely awful. I truly feel whoever rated this business higher than maybe 2* was paid to lie. I've used this service twice, both for round trips. The drivers are not good, at all actually. They sped (i mean 90 in a 50 type deal), can't follow road signs, couldn't follow GPS (would also slam on brakes after doing higher speeds because they couldn't just move over when there was space to begin with), cannot stay in their own lanes, etc. Being a poor driver is truthfully one thing. The driver had the window opened and it was cold and rainy. The price was absolutely ridiculous. Going from the south side to the north side of the city $96 one way.
My mother is terminally ill with cancer and in palliative care. My sister and I used this service today to bring her from the grey nuns hospital to my house in St.Albert. They promised a flat rate, then charged her $181 for the return trip. There was no AC in the van, the driver was on his phone and ran a red light while driving. We will NEVER use this service again! Honestly I would give less stars if I could.
Had a great experience booking a ride. Will use again in the future!
