The driver had the window opened and it was cold and rainy. The price was absolutely ridiculous. Going from the south side to the north side of the city $96 one way.

My mother is terminally ill with cancer and in palliative care. My sister and I used this service today to bring her from the grey nuns hospital to my house in St.Albert. They promised a flat rate, then charged her $181 for the return trip. There was no AC in the van, the driver was on his phone and ran a red light while driving. We will NEVER use this service again! Honestly I would give less stars if I could.

Booked a round trip for my wheelchair bound sister. The first trip was in a van that WOULD NOT pass a vehicle inspection. The van doors on one side did not work! What an unsafe environment to be in. The return trip resulted in the driver leaving my wheelchair bound sister stranded on the porch with no way to get up the stairs. The driver said it was not his job to help and drove off. Fortunately, the next door neighbour was able to help and we got her up the stairs safely. Imagine leaving a wheelchair bound person and no way... read more

The service was excellent. Text messages from drivers on “on the way” and “arrived” was really good to have. Would recommend.
