We paid almost $600 for a white headliner for a 1962 Buick for a restoration of a 1962 Buick that we were completing for my elderly father and our son. After my father's passing, we took the headliner out of the box and discovered that the white headliner had been marked all over by the Royal Upholstery upholsterer with black sharpie marks that showed through the white headliner. After being quoted $200 labor, we paid a deposit to get on the schedule (they are booked out until Sept), & left our 2 stools. An hour later we were called & told a mistake had been made...labor would be $1,600. We picked up our stools and we're told by another employee who processed our refund that she'd "look into it"...it's been a week and no one has contacted us~
