We’ve had Roy replace and repair several pieces, including an armchair and a full table set. His workmanship is incredible and he is quite friendly and accommodating.
I left a pair of ‘67 Shelby seats with Roy for recovering. After waiting 4 months he told me that the seats are “missing” and he can’t locate them… he promised me these would be replaced but almost one year later and I have not been compensated. My original seats are missing and nearly irreplaceable at this point; I don’t know what I’m going to do.
Roy Toth is an unprofessional person to deal with. After picking up the bench seat I had reupholstered by him and upon returning home, an unpleasant oder of Cat urine was emanating from the seat. When confronted he denied this and was overly rude. Would not recommend his business to anyone.
Royal's knowledge and skill in upholstery, has made a great improvement in both appearance and comfort of our antique furniture.
